I’ve been crawling through attics in Alpharetta since 2013, when I started CleanRun with a used Nikro negative-pressure extractor and a belief that customers deserved to see what came out of their own ducts. I still run the first job of most mornings, especially in the older ranch homes off Kimball Bridge Road where the original flex duct has turned to powder. I’m NADCA-certified for HVAC system cleaning and hold the Georgia Conditioned Air Contractor license we publish on every page, not buried in a footer. My left knee clicks when the humidity spikes, which is how I know when to pack extra knee pads. I live in Milton with my wife and two dogs who shed enough to keep me in business.
Marcus T., Senior Installer & Duct Repair Specialist
Marcus joined us in 2017 after six years with a commercial HVAC outfit in Doraville, and he’s the reason we can offer duct sealing and full repair work instead of just vacuum-and-go service. He handles the jobs where a camera inspection shows a collapsed duct run behind a finished basement wall, or a plenum, that’s the main distribution box, sealed with tape that’s turned to dust after twenty Georgia summers. Marcus is certified in Aeroseal application and carries the Abatement Technologies PREDATOR series certification for large-system negative-pressure work. He builds furniture on weekends and has a running bet with the rest of us that he can identify any wood species from sawdust smell alone. So far he’s undefeated.

Dana answers the phone when you call (678) 679-7540, and she’s the one who makes sure your written estimate is in your inbox before Marcus or I pull into your driveway. She’s been with CleanRun since 2019, and she knows the Alpharetta permitting landscape well enough to flag when a job in a newer build like Avalon or Windward might need a quick check on HOA notification requirements. Dana holds a Georgia Residential Contractor license and manages our scheduling, photo record delivery, and the 365-Day Done Right Promise paperwork. She runs ultramarathons, which explains why she’s still patient when the third customer of the morning needs to reschedule. Her desk has a framed photo of her finish at the Georgia Death Race, and she claims the elevation gain prepared her for explaining negative static pressure to first-time homeowners.
Javier R., Apprentice Technician
Javier started with us in 2023 after completing the HVAC program at Gwinnett Technical College, and he’s currently working toward his NADCA certification while handling the bulk of our dryer vent cleaning routes and assisting on full system jobs. He’s the one you’ll see running the Rotobrush brush-and-vac unit through shorter duct runs while Marcus or I handle the main trunk line. Javier has a knack for finding bird nests in exterior vent terminations, especially in the wooded lots around Crabapple and the newer subdivisions off Rucker Road where builders used the cheap plastic louvers. He keeps a running list of the strangest things he’s pulled from ducts: a complete set of LEGO instructions, a 1998 Braves playoff ticket, and what he swears was a single, pristine Air Jordan in a return boot. He lives in Johns Creek and coaches middle school soccer, which means he’s already used to explaining rules to people who aren’t listening.
